Breath

A visual diary focusing on breath, lightness, shadows, form and beauty.

I worked with some of my favorite gals on this one. One of my muse models and friend, Julia really helped bring this vision to life. The moment I saw her sunroom, I knew it’d be the perfect space for this shoot.

Ferrell created a beautiful install using baby’s breath, we borrowed a one-of-a-kind vintage dress from my friend Maria, of Dear Society, Keera shot a beautiful film on Super 8, and Jamie was on hair and makeup. 

 Another big focus were these stunning bows made by Bianca & Red in Santa Fe, NM. She makes them out of silk crepe, organza, cotton and more, and they are always in the most dreamy colors. I collaborated with her on this shoot as well and it turned out so beautifully. 

 Lastly, I bought some vintage fabric that we used for the backdrop from a local shop in Kansas City, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
