WHAT TIME WILL COVERAGE END?
(If your collection is limited to a certain amount of hours, take this time and think if you’d prefer more photos of you and your friends during the getting ready process or more of your guests on the dance floor at the end of the night. My advice is to get more coverage earlier in the day — where I am able to shoot more details, the venue, getting ready + the decor that you’ve put so much thought into. I love dancing photos at the end of the night and have found that I have a great amount of photos about an hour into the dancing segment of the reception.)
I love to get involved with the wedding day timeline and help you decide when to do what. But, if you or your planner have already prepared a timeline, feel free to copy + paste it here. Let me know if you're open to suggestions or need help on certain aspects.

First looks are nothing new — but still unheard of to some. I recommend having one, as it may be the only private moment the two of you will get to experience on your wedding day. It’s also a great excuse for more photos of just the two of you and helps with a crammed timeline, as you can have all of the wedding party photos done before the ceremony rather than after.

It’s typically best to start big and go small. ex: Bride + Groom + Smith Family (Joe, Claire, Chloe, Tyler, Jordan, Amy) Bride + Groom + Gma + Gpa + Siblings Bride + Aunt Faye
Please include the best place for me, or us (if I have a second shooter,) to eat during dinner— whether that’s at a table with guests, our own table, bridal suite, etc.
First look with Dad? Are you writing your own vows? Any special ceremonial tradition happening? Parking restrictions at getting ready or ceremony locations? Any amazing spots near or around the venue that you want to use for couple portraits?
